Impact Innovate 2010 was a one-day discussion about innovative thought and the entrepreneurial spirit. Participants gained critical new skills, pondered provoking ideas and met potential future business partners. We’re proud to say that Impact Innovate was a resounding success, and attracted youth from all over Kingston! The day was filled with great conversation, networking and engaging words of advice from our talented speakers. After the sold out success of VEF Momentum’s February event, we are pleased to announce our second event of the year:  “Go To Market”.  With the positive feedback from our members on the venue, we have decided to go back to Pop Opera again.
This event will feature an exciting speaker, Jason Smith, who is the President of Product Innovation at Vision Critical. Jason will share the Vision Critical story and discuss successful strategies on how to go to market with a new product. Jason is a recipient of the Ernst and Young’s Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year award, the BDC Young Entrepreneur of the Year national award, and he was named one of Business in Vancouver’s top 40 under 40.
